Plateau United Defeat Rangers 2-0, Win First NPFL Title


Plateau United have won their first Nigerian Professional Football League title, defeating last season's champions, Enugu Rangers by 2-0 at the Rwang Pam stadium Jos.

Kennedy Boboye’s men finished the season with 66 points from 38 games  to emerge as NPFL champions.



The Peace Boys suffered a disappointing 1-0 defeat against relegation-threatened Wikki Tourists last time out.
