Recently Sacked Bayern Munich Manager Carlo Ancelotti stated that it was “a great honour” to be part of the club's history, after he was sacked as coach on Thursday, September 28, 2017.
“It has been a great honour to form part of Bayern’s history. I would like to thank the Club, the Players and it’s amazing fans. #MiaSanMia,” The former AC Milan boss wrote on Twitter.
According to Daily Post, Ancelotti was shown the exit door a day after the German champions were hammered 3-0 by Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
The former Chelsea and Real Madrid coach, only joined Bayern last season and won the Bundesliga title in his debut campaign.

The recently sacked Bayern Munich Manager Carlo Ancelotti also led the club to the quarter-finals of the 2016/17 Champions League, where they were eliminated by eventual winners, Real Madrid.
Ancelotti leaves Bayern in third place in the Bundesliga, three points off leaders Borussia Dortmund.
